Besides online meetings and calls, we avoid sharing critical information through social media or messaging apps to prevent misunderstandings. All wedding details, quotes, and arrangements are confirmed via EMAIL to ensure accuracy. Casual chats are welcome, but important matters should always be discussed through email. For urgent updates, we may use WhatsApp a week or two before the wedding, but any changes should still be communicated via EMAIL.

As natives of Greece, we can introduce you to the best vendors and wedding venues available. We’ll provide detailed insights on each one and compile a list of trusted professionals. While we encourage client preferences and collaborations, we cannot guarantee services from vendors hired directly by clients. We ask that clients inform all external vendors of our role as planners and coordinators to ensure everyone adheres to the approved timeline. Clear communication about any directly hired vendors is crucial for a seamless process.

Make My Dream Events provides an all-inclusive wedding planning service, which includes floral design, ordering, and placement for all your events. Our floral team is committed to offering a variety of beautiful options to fit all budgets, ensuring top quality and seamless delivery without hidden costs.

We accept PayPal, checks, and cash. An initial down payment is required to secure your date, and we’ll work with you to create a flexible installment plan. The final payment is due two weeks before your event.

We proudly offer services for weddings of all types and budgets. While we strive for realism and reasonableness in our suggestions, there are some limitations to consider.

Most of our clients book their wedding planner between two years and 11 months in advance, depending on their wedding type. Our 2025-2026 calendar is already filling up, but we will do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings.

Our approach is step-by-step. First, we secure your wedding venue, then arrange for your officiant or church. Once the date and venues are confirmed, we focus on more intricate services like floral arrangements, lighting, wedding stationery, and entertainment, as each requires consideration of logistics and various factors. Afterward, we coordinate your photography, videography, makeup artist, and hairstylist.

We do not provide estimates upfront. Although we have a flat service fee for certain events, Make My Dream Events only works on tailored proposals. Each service is quoted according to client requests, dates, and event locations. Local vendors typically won’t provide quotes for the next wedding season until the current season concludes in November.

Booking with Make My Dream Events involves signing a contract and paying a retainer fee. Once your venue and date are confirmed, you’ll receive a formal contract and a quote for a non-refundable deposit. Once the investment is accepted and the contract signed, and your deposit clears, you can check "book our wedding planner" off your to-do list! Please note that the booking fee is non-refundable as it compensates for the time and work invested in your planning.

If clients need to change their dates within the same season, Make My Dream Events will work diligently to secure a new date at no extra charge, subject to availability. For date changes to the next year, the new season's rates will apply.

At the planning outset, we create a shared Drive folder with all essential information for you to track each confirmed service. About 15 days before the wedding, we finalize the timeline and wedding day agenda. Once approved, we distribute the timeline to all involved vendors, ensuring everyone receives the same instructions for a smooth wedding day.

Absolutely! We will be on-site for a minimum of four hours (for elopements and microweddings) and up to twelve hours (for larger events), depending on your needs. Our team will ensure everything runs smoothly, and if necessary, we may co-host with our assistants. If you require an extension beyond eight hours, additional fees may apply.

Make My Dream Events works exclusively for the couple and those named on the wedding contract (e.g., family members). Guests are not considered direct clients. If a guest has a special request that follows client instructions, we’ll do our best to assist. With client consent, we can provide concierge services through a local agent to help guests with accommodation, activities, transportation, and more.
